The Hindu Opportunities is organising a job fair exclusively for women on March 19 at Laity auditorium, 17, Balfour Road, Kilpauk. The fair, presented by Accenture and Sutherland as associate partners, is expected to provide over 7,500 jobs in full-time, part-time, flexi-time, assignment and contract-based work profiles.
With companies focusing on diversity and inclusion through gender diversity programmes, the fair would help address this requirement. It would help organisations increase the representation of women in the workplace. The fair also aims to leverage the lost talent and experience of professionals who left the job for various reasons. The job fair would serve as an interactive platform for both recruiters and aspirants.
