The Telugu film industry has faced a 35day strike recently in the month of December, which resulted in huge losses to the industry. That seems to be not an end and now the current situation seems to have another blow to producers.
The AP Film Employees federation has sent the strike notices to the Producers Council on 1st April that the employees would go for a strike if the producers are not willing to hike their pays.
The employees have demanded to hike their pays in the month of December where the producers assured them in the month of March. However, the Producers council failed to keep up the promise and the employees are expected to go for a strike from tomorrow. This might end up halting the major film shoots.
